Our referral program allows members to earn commissions by referring new members to Kingdom Impact Education and Consulting.

• Each referral generates a unique referral code for tracking purposes
• Commissions are paid upon successful signup and membership approval (10% base commission)
• Bonus commissions increase with loyalty tier status (Silver: 10%, Gold: 15%)
• All referral rewards are subject to admin review and approval
• Fraudulent referrals will be rejected and may result in membership suspension

As a member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other members
• Not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not spam, advertise excessively, or promote competing services without authorization

5. Content Moderation

The Platform includes community features such as prayer requests, comments, and reviews. All community-generated content is subject to moderation and may be removed if it violates these Terms. Members whose content is repeatedly removed may face account suspension or termination.

6. Payment Terms

• Membership fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan
• Payments are processed securely through our payment processor
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (no refunds after 7 days of purchase)
• Renewal notices will be sent before each billing cycle

All content, materials, and services provided by Kingdom Impact Education and Consulting, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and course materials, are the intellectual property of Kingdom Impact Education and Consulting or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without explicit written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Impact Education and Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the Platform or other members. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked
• You forfeit any pending rewards or benefits
• We may retain your data as required by law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa.
